Terms Used In Alabama Code 17-17-18
- Conviction: A judgement of guilt against a criminal defendant.
- person: includes a corporation as well as a natural person. See Alabama Code 1-1-1
Any inspector, clerk, or other person who discloses how any elector voted shall be guilty, upon conviction, of a Class A misdemeanor.
