The Department of Agriculture and Industries, through qualified personnel of said department, is authorized to inspect poultry meat at poultry slaughtering, dressing or processing establishments for the purpose of determining whether or not poultry and poultry products slaughtered, dressed or processed at such plants or establishments comply with the requirements set forth in rules and regulations promulgated as authorized under Section state board” class=”unlinked-ref” datatype=”S” sessionyear=”2020″ statecd=”AL” title=”2″>2-18-1.
