Out of the revenues appropriated and pledged in Section appropriation of certain tax receipts for sinking fund for payment of principal and interest on bonds” class=”unlinked-ref” datatype=”S” sessionyear=”2020″ statecd=”AL” title=”41″>41-10-30, the State Treasurer is hereby authorized and directed to pay the principal of and interest on the bonds issued by the authority under the provisions of this article, as said principal and interest shall respectively mature, and the State Treasurer is further authorized and directed to set up and maintain appropriate records pertaining thereto.
