Moneys on deposit in the Shoals Economic Development Fund may be invested, at the direction and discretion of the committee, only in investments that are at the time authorized to be made, with respect to county funds, pursuant to Section obligation in which sinking funds may be invested” class=”unlinked-ref” datatype=”S” sessionyear=”2020″ statecd=”AL” title=”11″>11-81-21. Any interest or other income accruing on, or derived from, any such investments shall become a part of the Shoals Economic Development Fund and shall be invested as aforesaid or expended only for purposes for which moneys in the Shoals Economic Development Fund may be expended hereunder.
