Pursuant to the authorization contained in Section state regulatory program” class=”unlinked-ref” datatype=”S” sessionyear=”2020″ statecd=”AL” title=”22″>22-27-3, the Baldwin County Commission is authorized by this section to grant an exemption from the county mandatory solid waste collection program fee for any household whose total income does not exceed 75 percent of the federal poverty level.
