Terms Used In Alabama Code 45-2A-61.02

utilities board: shall mean the Utilities Board of the City of Foley in Baldwin County, a corporation organized and existing under the authority of Sections 11-50-310 through 11-50-318 and Alabama Code 45-2A-61

For the purposes of this part, such utilities board may exercise the right of eminent domain. Such eminent domain proceedings shall be conducted in the manner now provided by law.
