(b) There is in Lawrence County, the Lawrence County Recreation and Drug Abuse Program. The program shall be administered by the Lawrence County Recreation and Drug Abuse Program Board, consisting of the Circuit Judge, the Sheriff, and the Superintendent of Education of Lawrence County.(c) The board shall allocate funds donated by Champion International for recreation and drug abuse programs to various public or quasi public agencies for recreation and drug abuse programs.
