- Continuance: Putting off of a hearing ot trial until a later time.
Upon the establishment of the Madison County Law Library, or the continuance of the present county law library under this subpart, the presiding judge of the circuit, or a district or circuit judge designated by him or her, may appoint a full or part-time county law librarian or custodian.
