- Bail: Security given for the release of a criminal defendant or witness from legal custody (usually in the form of money) to secure his/her appearance on the day and time appointed.
- Restitution: The court-ordered payment of money by the defendant to the victim for damages caused by the criminal action.
In addition to this subpart, all court costs, fines, victim compensation assessments, bail bond forfeitures, and restitution, and other court-ordered charges shall be considered a civil judgment which can be recorded and enforced in the manner provided by law.
