Terms Used In Alabama Code 45-46-70.07

- year: means a calendar year; but, whenever the word "year" is used in reference to any appropriations for the payment of money out of the treasury, it shall mean fiscal year. See Alabama Code 1-1-1
The board of revenue shall hold sessions on the second Tuesday of each month of every year, and may continue in session as long as it deems necessary to conduct the business of the county, and may hold such session at any time upon the call of the president or three members of the board of revenue, entered in writing on the minutes of the board of revenue. The sessions of the board of revenue shall be held at the court house of the county.
