Any device, equipment, record, money, or stakes used in any bingo game or operation in violation of this part, may be contraband and may be seized and is forfeited. Property forfeited may be sold, destroyed, or retained for official use by the state or county law enforcement agencies as the circuit court directs, following a full due process hearing.
