- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
- person: includes a corporation as well as a natural person. See Alabama Code 1-1-1
Any person, firm, or corporation who shall violate any of the provisions of this part or who shall fail, neglect, or refuse to comply with any order or notice given in pursuance and by authority of this part shall be guilty of a Class C misdemeanor and subject to punishment as prescribed by Section 13A-7-29.
