- Transcript: A written, word-for-word record of what was said, either in a proceeding such as a trial or during some other conversation, as in a transcript of a hearing or oral deposition.
Each applicant who secures a license under this part for purchasing gold or silver in any form set out in Section 45-49-43 shall keep a book in which shall be entered promptly at the time of purchase a brief description of the articles or property purchased, the date and hour of the purchase, and a brief description of the person from whom the purchase is made, together with the address, drivers license number, sex, race, and date of birth of such person. Each entry of such transaction shall be serially numbered on the book at the time of making the entry. Such buyer, on every day, before the hour of 10:00 a.m., shall deliver to the chief of police or the sheriff, upon a form provided by him or her, a legible transcript of the business done during the business day immediately preceding the filing of the transcript.
