(a) A winery manufacturer license authorizes the holder to operate a winery for the manufacture, packaging, storing, and sale of its wine to a buyer as permitted in Alaska Stat. § 04.09.050.

Terms Used In Alaska Statutes 04.09.030

  • state: means the State of Alaska unless applied to the different parts of the United States and in the latter case it includes the District of Columbia and the territories. See Alaska Statutes 01.10.060
(b) The biennial winery manufacturer license fee is $1,000.
(c) The fermentation process of all wine offered for sale by the holder of a winery manufacturer license must occur on the holder’s licensed premises in the state.
