(a) A licensee shall, upon request, make the licensed premises and places authorized for storage under Alaska Stat. § 04.21.060 available for inspection by officers charged with the enforcement of this title, including members of the board and the director or an employee of the director, during all regular business hours.

  • peace officer: means
    (A) an officer of the state troopers. See Alaska Statutes 01.10.060
  • person: includes a corporation, company, partnership, firm, association, organization, business trust, or society, as well as a natural person. See Alaska Statutes 01.10.060
(b) A license, endorsement, or permit issued under this title shall be posted within the licensed premises or designated premises so as to be easily available for inspection upon request by a peace officer or other person during regular business hours or during the period specified on the permit.
