Terms Used In Alaska Statutes 10.20.570

  • commissioner: means commissioner of commerce, community, and economic development. See Alaska Statutes 10.20.920
  • Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
  • Trustee: A person or institution holding and administering property in trust.

The application for withdrawal shall be made on forms prescribed and furnished by the commissioner and shall be executed by the corporation by its president or a vice-president and by its secretary or an assistant secretary, or, if the corporation is in the hands of a receiver or trustee, the application shall be executed on behalf of the corporation by the receiver or trustee.
