Alaska Statutes 15.07.160 – Unlawful action

(a) Except as provided in Alaska Stat. § 15.07.135, a registration official may not refuse to register a person who is qualified to vote under provisions of Alaska Stat. § 15.05.010(1) – (3).

person: includes a corporation, company, partnership, firm, association, organization, business trust, or society, as well as a natural person. See Alaska Statutes 01.10.060
voter: means a person who presents oneself for the purpose of voting either in person or by absentee ballot. See Alaska Statutes 15.80.010

(b) A person knowingly lacking the qualifications of a voter may not register under Alaska Stat. § 15.07.030 to vote.
