Notwithstanding another provision of this title, a charitable gaming permittee that is a qualified organization under Alaska Stat. § 05.15.690 may use the net proceeds of a raffle or lottery to make expenditures for the purposes permitted under Alaska Stat. § 05.15.150(a)(3).
