Terms Used In Alaska Statutes 15.15.090
- election board: means the board appointed in accordance with Alaska Stat. See Alaska Statutes 15.80.010
- precinct: means the territory within which resident voters may cast votes at one polling place. See Alaska Statutes 15.80.010
The polling place shall be located within the precinct unless the election supervisor and the election board chairperson determine that a building located in an adjoining precinct is more suitable or convenient to the voters.
