Terms Used In Alaska Statutes 15.45.720
- action: includes any matter or proceeding in a court, civil or criminal. See Alaska Statutes 01.10.060
- director: means the director of elections who is the chief elections officer of the state appointed in accordance with Alaska Stat. See Alaska Statutes 15.80.010
- person: includes a corporation, company, partnership, firm, association, organization, business trust, or society, as well as a natural person. See Alaska Statutes 01.10.060
Any person aggrieved by a determination made by the director under Alaska Stat. § 15.45.470 – 15.45.710 may bring an action in the superior court to have the determination reviewed within 30 days of the date on which notice of determination was given.
