(a) The administrative adjudication procedures of Alaska Stat. Chapter 44.62 (Administrative Procedure Act) do not apply to adjudicatory proceedings of the commission except that final administrative determinations by the commission are subject to judicial review as provided in Alaska Stat. § 44.62.560 – 44.62.570.
