Terms Used In Alaska Statutes 18.72.040
- person: includes a corporation, company, partnership, firm, association, organization, business trust, or society, as well as a natural person. See Alaska Statutes 01.10.060
A person who recklessly fails to comply with a provision of this chapter or fireworks regulations adopted in the fire safety code is guilty of a class B misdemeanor. Each day of noncompliance constitutes a separate offense. In this section, “recklessly” has the meaning given in Alaska Stat. § 11.81.900.
