Alaska Statutes 24.45.135 – Administrative complaints

(a) A person may file a written complaint alleging that a violation of Alaska Stat. § 24.45.121 – 24.45.171 has occurred or is occurring.

Complaint: A written statement by the plaintiff stating the wrongs allegedly committed by the defendant.
person: includes a corporation, company, partnership, firm, association, organization, business trust, or society, as well as a natural person. See Alaska Statutes 01.10.060

(b) Complaints filed under (a) of this section must be filed within five years after the date of the alleged violation.
