- state: means the State of Alaska unless applied to the different parts of the United States and in the latter case it includes the District of Columbia and the territories. See Alaska Statutes 01.10.060
A transportation network company shall file a written certificate of insurance with the director of the division of insurance demonstrating that the transportation network company has satisfied the requirements of Alaska Stat. § 28.23.050. The certificate of insurance must state that the applicable insurance policy may not be cancelled unless written notice is provided to the division of insurance at least 30 days before cancellation.
