Terms Used In Alaska Statutes 37.15.160

  • state: means the State of Alaska unless applied to the different parts of the United States and in the latter case it includes the District of Columbia and the territories. See Alaska Statutes 01.10.060
(2) fix the date of sale and the form of the notice of sale; and
(3) provide if the notice is to be published elsewhere in addition to the publication required by Alaska Stat. § 37.15.040.
