Terms Used In Alaska Statutes 37.15.670

  • state: means the State of Alaska unless applied to the different parts of the United States and in the latter case it includes the District of Columbia and the territories. See Alaska Statutes 01.10.060
  • Trustee: A person or institution holding and administering property in trust.

The holder of any bonds or the trustee for the holders of the bonds or any series of them, may, by appropriate proceedings in the courts of record of the state, compel the transfer, setting aside, and payment of money and the enforcement of all of the terms, conditions, and covenants as required and provided in Alaska Stat. § 37.15.61037.15.760 and in the bond resolution.
