Terms Used In Alaska Statutes 42.20.330

  • person: includes a corporation, company, partnership, firm, association, organization, business trust, or society, as well as a natural person. See Alaska Statutes 01.10.060

A person who violates any of the provisions of Alaska Stat. § 42.20.300 and 42.20.310 is guilty of a class A misdemeanor.
