(a) The commissioners may award an Alaska Gasline Inducement Act license as provided in this chapter. The person awarded a license under this chapter is entitled to the inducement set out in Alaska Stat. § 43.90.110.

Terms Used In Alaska Statutes 43.90.100

  • commissioners: means the commissioner of revenue and the commissioner of natural resources, acting jointly. See Alaska Statutes 43.90.900
  • license: means a license issued under this chapter. See Alaska Statutes 43.90.900
  • person: includes a corporation, company, partnership, firm, association, organization, business trust, or society, as well as a natural person. See Alaska Statutes 01.10.060
(b) Nothing in this chapter precludes a person from pursuing a gas pipeline independently from this chapter.
