  • Affidavit: A written statement of facts confirmed by the oath of the party making it, before a notary or officer having authority to administer oaths.
  • state: means the State of Alaska unless applied to the different parts of the United States and in the latter case it includes the District of Columbia and the territories. See Alaska Statutes 01.10.060

The cost of the radio service is a lawful charge against the state treasury if the owner or operator of the station files an affidavit that the station has during the period covered by payment complied with Alaska Stat. § 44.99.002 – 44.99.005 and has furnished the service.
