Terms Used In Alaska Statutes > Title 10 > Chapter 20 > Article 9 - Penalties

  • Answer: The formal written statement by a defendant responding to a civil complaint and setting forth the grounds for defense.
  • commissioner: means commissioner of commerce, community, and economic development. See Alaska Statutes 10.20.920
  • Conviction: A judgement of guilt against a criminal defendant.
