The commission may:
Terms Used In Arizona Laws 17-245
- Commission: means the Arizona game and fish commission. See Arizona Laws 17-101
- Fishing: means to lure, attract or pursue aquatic wildlife in such a manner that the wildlife may be captured or killed. See Arizona Laws 17-101
- Guide: means a person who meets any of the following:
(a) Advertises for guiding services. See Arizona Laws 17-101
- Person: includes a corporation, company, partnership, firm, association or society, as well as a natural person. See Arizona Laws 1-215
1. Offer training courses on a voluntary basis to all persons as prescribed by rule.
2. Require any person whose hunting, fishing or guide license has been revoked or suspended to show a certificate of completion of a training course as a condition to issuance or renewal of a hunting, fishing or guide license.
