The board of physical therapy:
Terms Used In Arizona Laws 32-2056
- Action: includes any matter or proceeding in a court, civil or criminal. See Arizona Laws 1-215
- Board: means the board of physical therapy. See Arizona Laws 32-2001
- Physical therapist: means a person who is licensed pursuant to this chapter. See Arizona Laws 32-2001
- Physical therapy: means the care and services provided by or under the direction and supervision of a physical therapist who is licensed pursuant to this chapter. See Arizona Laws 32-2001
1. Within thirty days after a physical therapy compact commission action shall post on the board’s public website notice of any commission action that may affect a physical therapist‘s license.
2. May not spend any monies received from physical therapists or applicants for licensure who are not applying for licensure through this compact on any activities, obligations or duties required by this compact.
