Nothing in this article shall be deemed to apply to a contract between a district and the federal government under the provisions of article 5 of this chapter.

Terms Used In Arizona Laws 48-205

  • Contract: A legal written agreement that becomes binding when signed.
  • District: means any irrigation, drainage, flood control, agricultural improvement, electrical, water conservation or power district organized under the laws of this state. See Arizona Laws 48-201
