A guardian, executor or administrator of an estate who has qualified under the laws of this state and as such is entitled to possession of the lands belonging to the estate which he represents may sign the petition provided by section 48-2941 or 48-2945.

Terms Used In Arizona Laws 48-2948

  • Executor: A male person named in a will to carry out the decedent
  • Guardian: A person legally empowered and charged with the duty of taking care of and managing the property of another person who because of age, intellect, or health, is incapable of managing his (her) own affairs.
