Any person who violates Section 11010, 11010.1, 11010.8, 11013.1, 11013.2, 11013.4, 11018.2, 11018.7, 11018.9, 11018.10, 11018.11, 11019, or 11022 is guilty of a public offense punishable by a fine not exceeding ten thousand dollars ($10,000) or by imprisonment pursuant to subdivision (h) of § 1170 of the Penal Code, or in a county jail not exceeding one year, or by both that fine and imprisonment.
