The commissioner may take disciplinary action against any licensee after a hearing as provided in this chapter by any of the following:
(a) Imposing probation upon terms and conditions to be set forth by the commissioner.

- Probation: A sentencing alternative to imprisonment in which the court releases convicted defendants under supervision as long as certain conditions are observed.
(b) Suspending the license.
(c) Revoking the license.
