During the fiscal year ending June 30, 2017, an amount equal to the appropriation from the Municipal Revenue Sharing Fund to the Office of Policy and Management shall be transferred from the General Fund to the Municipal Revenue Sharing Fund and shall be distributed by said office, during such fiscal year, in accordance with the provisions of sections 4-66l, 4-66p and 12-18b.
