In undertaking its duties under § 4b-69, the Department of Administrative Services shall consult with the Joint Committee on Legislative Management and with the several state agencies and coordinate its work with the planning activities of state, city and federal agencies and private and semipublic organizations involved in or affected by the development of the district. The department shall provide coordinating services to assist other state, city and federal agencies in coordinating the implementation of the master plan.
