The Department shall devise an automotive recycler license application which shall include the following:

(1) The name of the business;

(2) The address of the business; and

(3) If the business is a proprietorship, partnership or corporation, the names and addresses of all principals, partners or corporate officers and resident agents.

Terms Used In Delaware Code Title 21 Sec. 7504

  • Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
  • Department: means the Department of Transportation unless otherwise specified. See Delaware Code Title 21 Sec. 7501
  • Devise: To gift property by will.
  • License: means any license issued by the Department of Transportation for the operation of an automotive recycler. See Delaware Code Title 21 Sec. 7501
  • Partnership: A voluntary contract between two or more persons to pool some or all of their assets into a business, with the agreement that there will be a proportional sharing of profits and losses.
