The Delaware State Housing Authority is authorized to use up to $50,000 of the interest income from the Housing Development Fund created under § 4030 of Title 31 for the support of administrative functions associated with this subchapter.
Terms Used In Delaware Code Title 30 Sec. 2008
- Housing: means any activity that aids in substantial renovation or new construction of rental or owner-occupied residences for low and moderate income families in impoverished areas or for low and moderate income families. See Delaware Code Title 30 Sec. 2002
- State: means a state of the United States, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, The United States Virgin Islands, or any territory or insular possession subject to the jurisdiction of the United States. See Delaware Code Title 30 Sec. 502
