Members of the Tax Appeal Board shall be entitled to receive their actual and necessary expenses while engaged in the performance of their duties.

Terms Used In Delaware Code Title 30 Sec. 328
- Appeal: A request made after a trial, asking another court (usually the court of appeals) to decide whether the trial was conducted properly. To make such a request is "to appeal" or "to take an appeal." One who appeals is called the appellant.
- Tax: shall be deemed also to refer to license fees imposed under Part III of this title. See Delaware Code Title 30 Sec. 502
