Public hearings shall be held on regulations developed pursuant to this chapter, and, if the Secretary receives a meritorious request for a public hearing from any person on the proposed consent decree and the proposed plan of remedial action in accordance with §§ 6004 and 6006 of this title, as well as any additional notice and hearing requirements the Secretary has adopted by regulation.

Terms Used In Delaware Code Title 7 Sec. 9112

  • Person: means an individual, firm, corporation, association, partnership, consortium, joint venture, commercial entity, state government agency, unit of local government, school district, conservation district, federal government agency, Indian tribe or interstate body.   • Plan of remedial action: means a detailed plan describing cleanup actions and related information for the containment or permanent removal and disposal of hazardous substances from a facility. See Delaware Code Title 7 Sec. 9103
