This chapter does not apply to a property, building, or structure located within a municipality unless New Castle County has any responsibility for the local service function under § 1102 of this title.
Terms Used In Delaware Code Title 9 Sec. 2910
- Building: shall mean a structure having a roof, and intended to shelter persons, animals, property or business activity. See Delaware Code Title 9 Sec. 2901
- Property: shall mean a lot, plot or parcel of land, including any structures thereon. See Delaware Code Title 9 Sec. 2901
- Structure: shall mean a manmade object having an ascertainable stationary location on land or in water, whether or not affixed to the land. See Delaware Code Title 9 Sec. 2901
