The Chief Financial Officer shall designate a Cash Manager to perform Cash Management Consultations.
    (1) The Cash Manager shall schedule a Cash Management Consultation by directing a request to the appropriate Agency head. The request will include but may not be limited to the following:
    (a) Permission to initiate the review;
    (b) The purpose of the consultation;
    (c) A commencement date;
    (d) The documents and information necessary to perform the study; and,
    (e) The expected estimated time required to complete the study.
    (2) The request shall precede commencement of the Cash Management Consultation by not less than forty-five (45) calendar days. The Agency head or his designated senior official shall meet with the Cash Manager to discuss the conduct of the Consultation. The Agency head may concur with the proposed Consultation date or suggest alternative dates. The Agency head or his designated senior official shall provide the name of a contact person or persons who shall be designated the Agency Coordinator and who shall serve to coordinate the Agency’s efforts with those of the Cash Manager.
