- Department: means the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles. See Florida Statutes 317.0003
The department shall deposit all funds received under this chapter, less administrative costs of $2 per title transaction, into the Incidental Trust Fund of the Florida Forest Service of the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services.
