- Mortgagee: The person to whom property is mortgaged and who has loaned the money.
- Mortgagor: The person who pledges property to a creditor as collateral for a loan and who receives the money.
The commission shall by rule adopt a form to be used to provide notice to a purchaser-mortgagor that the purchaser-mortgagor is not protected by the title policy of the mortgagee.
