The State of Oregon hereby remises, releases and forever quitclaims unto the grantees therein, their heirs and assigns, all rights, titles and interest that may have remained or vested in the State of Oregon under deeds executed prior to July 5, 1947, by the State Land Board wherein there was attempted to be reserved a ‘right of way for ditches, canals and reservoir sites for irrigation purposes, constructed, or which may be constructed, by authority of the United States.’ [Formerly 273.170]
