Oregon Statutes 291.334 – Assistance of Legislative Fiscal Office to board; payment of board expenses
(1) The Legislative Fiscal Office, upon request of the Emergency Board, shall furnish necessary assistance to the board.

(2) The expenses of the board, the cost of employed assistance, and other necessary expenses of the board shall be paid out of funds appropriated to the board specially for that purpose or, if no appropriation is made, out of any emergency fund that may be appropriated to the board. All claims for those expenses and cost must be approved by the cochairpersons of the board or other person authorized to approve claims, and warrants shall be drawn on the State Treasurer for the payment in the same manner as other expenses are paid.
