If the action of the Oregon Liquor and Cannabis Commission in suspending a license or permit issued under this chapter is not sustained upon judicial review under ORS Chapter 183, the commission shall promptly refund the amount paid pursuant to ORS § 471.322 (1) by check or order drawn on the State Treasurer from the Oregon Liquor and Cannabis Commission Account.
