Except for the power to adopt rules, the Oregon Liquor and Cannabis Commission may delegate to the administrator appointed under ORS § 471.720 any of the commission’s functions, duties and powers as prescribed by ORS § 475C.005 to 475C.525, 475C.540 to 475C.586, 475C.600 to 475C.648, 475C.770 to 475C.919 and 475C.950 or any other law of the state related to the regulation of marijuana items.
